什么是做空？
有些人可能还是不清楚,为什么券商可能把要下跌的股票借给你.
1.做空者其实是问做多者借的股票.对于同一个股票有两种不同看法是很正常的,那么做多者借给做空者股票其实就是一种对赌.而狼爸也分析过了.做多的盈利空间和亏损是有限的,而做空者的风险无穷大,盈利空间有限,在这么一个非对称的对赌情况下,看多者是会愿意将股票借给做空者去做空的.
2.做空者向银行借的股票.首先银行会提供贷款,而公司的大股东很可能为了现金流用手里的公司股票进行股权质押来获取贷款.银行如果拿着抵押用的股票去做炒作是风险很大的,但是把这些股票借给别人(做空者),同时收取利息,那就是无风险的业务了,因为最后在大股东要赎回股票的之前把借出去的股票收回就可以了.这件事对银行来说就是稳赚不赔的买卖了.
