脑补一下困扰我已久的那些“公司头衔”......
当我阅读到一些人物背景，特别是有关于公司职务的那些， 那些错中复杂， 困扰我已久的公司头衔， 一直在一次又一次伤害我， 直到有一天， 我想把它们搞清楚为止。 这期视频的内容， 是我翻阅资料后的归纳总结， 希望对跟我有过同样困惑的小伙伴们有用。
我在片中把董事会形容成“老板”存在用词不当， 董事会是股东（shareholder）利益的最高代表， 而股东所指的是每一个公司股份的持有者， 哪怕只是一个买了一点点股票的人也应当在概念上视作公司的老板（owner）🤔。 无论如何， 董事会在一家公司中， 作为最高治理机构对公司的掌握的实权远远大于一个普通的股民， 在我心中实质为公司的掌控者， 不知道有多少股民的心态是真正把自己当作上市公司的老板来鉴定的？
