#央行定向降准落地，释放资金约400亿#
上证报中国证券网讯 人民银行15日公告称，今日是对仅在省级行政区域内经营的城市商业银行定向下调存款准备金率1个百分点的第一次调整，释放长期资金约400亿元。银行体系流动性总量处于合理充裕水平，15日不开展逆回购操作。今日无逆回购到期。
昨日资金利率继续小幅上升，从上海银行间同业拆放利率（Shibor）来看，隔夜Shibor上行34个基点，7天Shibor上行6个基点，其他各个期限利率几乎全线上行。回购利率方面，昨日存款类机构质押式回购DR007加权平均利率保持在2.65%左右。
