跟随者是为赚钱而跟随，那交易员须能赚钱。赚多少算合理？若以巴菲特、索罗斯、西蒙斯为参考，年化20—50%左右，取中间值，35%。即月收益2.5%。

跟随期间，令跟随者担忧的是什么？资金回撤！？回撤多少可以接受，因人而异。资金回撤50%，需要赚1倍才能回本，所以最好不超过这个数。
那么，若收益率除以最大回撤，得到的数值不低于3，我觉得是优秀的。不低于2，是合理的。

市场明星多，寿星少。交易员展示账户的交易周期最好不低于6个月，时间太短，难保不是“存活者偏差”。

跟随心态：亏钱是不可避免的，我觉得这是进入市场首先要认识到的。
原因有俩：盈亏同源；交易员是自己选的。
巴菲特刚帮人理财时，他说：这些是我会去做的，那些是我不会做的。超出6%的盈利部分，他收25%的提成。（潜台词：不承诺不会亏钱或一定赚钱）
