英镑/美元触及年内新高1.3158，但收跌于1.3070，美元反弹打压汇价回撤。英国公布的CBI工业趋势调查数据显示7月零售销售大增，该指数增至22%，远高于市场预期的10%。英国数据清淡，市场将关注下周的英央行利率决议。疲软数据和通胀下滑将引发该央行保持中性立场的预期，市场普遍预期对市场影响不大。技术上，4小时图显示汇价下行潜能有限，汇价位于20SMA上方，技术指标回撤，位于正区域，修正超买指标。日低位于1.3050，若破将跌向1.2965。
