路透：OPEC数据显示3月成员国减产协议兑现率达104%
环球外汇4月12日讯--根据石油输出国组织(OPEC)用来监控供应的数据，3月OPEC成员国减产幅度超过其减产承诺，令八年来的首次减产协议执行情况好于预期的势头得到延续。
OPEC自1月1日起减产约120万桶/日，以支撑油价，并减少过剩的供应。俄罗斯和其他10个非OPEC成员国则同意减产约60万桶。
根据路透所见到的、OPEC用来监控产量的二手消息来源的平均预估，需履行减产协议的11个OPEC成员国，已将平均日产量降至2,975.7万桶。
OPEC承诺11个OPEC成员国减产至2,980.4万桶/日。根据OPEC的计算，这意味了原油减产幅度超过OPEC的减产要求幅度，这相当于达到104%的兑现率。
“OPEC减产协议兑现率超过预期，”一位OPEC代表说，“至于非OPEC产油国，减产执行情况令人满意，且越来越好。”
OPEC计划周三在其月度石油市场报告中公布基于二手消息来源所做出的3月产量评估。OPEC消息人士表示，该数据可能在公布前有所修正，因为会加入更多的二手消息预估。（来源：环球外汇）
