外汇局邀索尼宝马等外企开会：稳定的外汇市场需共同努力
2017年4月5日，国家外汇管理局召开外商投资企业座谈会。国家外汇管理局局长潘功胜主持会议，索尼、宝马、戴姆勒、壳牌、辉瑞、IBM、VISA等多家外商投资企业参会。
与会代表结合企业实际，坦诚地进行了交流，并对外汇管理工作提出了很好的建议。潘局长指出，建立稳定、良性的外汇市场，符合监管部门和市场主体的共同利益，也需要各方共同努力。当前，我国外汇市场形势比较稳定，跨境资金流动趋向平衡。未来，我国跨境收支具有良好的稳健基础。
潘局长强调，当前中国外汇管理工作基于两个基本点，坚持改革开放，进一步提升跨境贸易和投资的便利化水平，更好地服务企业、服务实体经济；同时切实防范跨境资本流动风险，依法加强外汇市场监管，维护一个健康、稳定、良性的外汇市场秩序，为改革开放发展营造良好的市场环境。（完）
