新浪美股讯 北京时间30日彭博称，奥巴马政府时期的财政部长雅各布·卢在纽约参加一个活动时表示，中国没有干预人民币(6.8937,0.0038, 0.06%)汇率以获得贸易优势。
在谈到美国财政部4月即将公布的外汇评估报告时，卢表示制定的三条评估标准是合适的。其称，财政部的报告将于4月15日发布；最关键的就是第三条标准，即反复买入外汇资产推动本币贬值，且规模一年中达到GDP的2%。
雅各布·卢表示，中国在过去一年做的正相反，是采取措施捍卫人民币汇率。汇率问题不会是中美关系的主要焦点。
