美东时间周四， 法国农业信贷银行东方汇理银行(credit agricole cib)撰文指出，美联储3月会议传达出的信息中实际上包含了对市场相当乐观的看法，但并未因此大幅上调预期。
因此，该行预计美元当前的回调将只是“昙花一现”。该行表示，3大原因支持这一观点：
1）外汇市场表现滞后，美元当前交投水平低于利差所隐含的水平；
2）利率市场仍然未充分消化2018年尤其是2019年点阵图；
3）美元在g10货币中收益率处于第三高位，暗示在当前水平持有美元空头非常昂贵。
