近日在上海市政协召开十二届五次会议期间，税费负担重成了上海市政协工商联界别委员的热议话题。上海市政协常委、上海凯泉泵业有限公司董事长林凯文就算了上面这笔账。
不少政协委员告诉第一财经记者，企业税费负担重制约了企业发展，尤其是研发投入。上海政协委员、上海福卡经济预测研究所所长王德培认为，政协委员们谈税费负担重符合实际情况，国家是应该加大减税降费力度。
