美银美林分析师周五(12月23日)表示，包括利比亚，尼日利亚以及哈萨克斯坦在内一些主要国家的原油产量上升使油价在10月下旬出现下跌。
为了平衡产量增加，OPEC与非OPEC产油国展开召开会议，会议促使各产油国自2008年来首次达成原油减产协议。各国在关键时刻达成减产协议，使全球油市能够再度平衡。
美银美林表示，基于减产协议，布伦特油价明年应该会继续攀升。回顾历史，预计2017年布伦特原油平均61美元/桶的目标价似乎较为合理。（来源：汇通网）
