美联储内分歧加大加上日央行决意宽松 料提振美元/日元
高盛对美联储和日央行货币政策进行了分析，全文如下：
美联储维持基金利率不变，同时称近期有望加息。我们的经济学家认为利率声明倾向于近期加息。该利率声明表明“提高联邦利率的情形已经有所增强”，美国经济前景的风险已经“接近平衡”。这项利率决议侥幸公布，有三位委员持不同意见，五年来有另外三位委员持不同意见。美国经济预期摘要略鸽派，表明年内加息一次，明年加息两次，分别自两次和三次下调。
最大的意外是日央行决议，自量宽目标转为物价目标。日元、利率和股指均出现上涨。预期日元上涨将出现反转，这项政策调整将使得市场关注日本政府债的稀缺性，加大持续量宽的持续性和可信性。“实现通胀目标”的措辞同样呈鸽派倾向。
我们的利率团队维持2016年底10年期债券收益率前景在2%的前景不变，日本政府债券收益率在5bp，德国债券收益率在30bp，英国金边债券在1.25%，同时我们的外汇团队认为美元/日元有望上涨。（来源：FXStreet）
