若OPEC无法达成协议 油价将面临下行风险-法国外贸银行
石油输出国组织(OPEC)与俄罗斯即将于下周三(9月28日)在阿尔及利亚召开非正式会谈，讨论支持油市的措施。法国外贸银行认为尽管本次OPEC达成冻产协议的概率高于4月多哈峰会时的概率，但这个数字仍不到50%。
如果本次没有达成冻产协议，油价面临下行风险。若达不成冻产协议，预计布伦特油价今年第四季度料在每桶48美元，2017年第四季度料为每桶58美元。
