德国财政部：外需拖累工业生产 下半年经济料减速
周四（9月22日）德国财政部表示，2016年下半年德国经济成长将失去动力，因外需趋软导致工业生产减速，这再次暗示该国经济可能放缓。
近期公布的数据显示，德国民间消费强劲，政府支出上升加上建筑活动增加，帮助经济第一季和第二季度分别增长0.7%和0.4%。
德国财政部在月度报告中表示，“上半年德国经济成长强劲，但最新的经济数据指出，下半年经济动能放缓。”
德国7月工业订单成长几近停滞，工厂产出与出口意外下滑，暗示制造业第三季度开局疲弱。
德国财政部表示，“工业活动下降的原因在于海外需求黯淡，预期年内接下来时间工业产出将低迷。”
但同时财政部称，“德国经济将持续增长，由于处于纪录高位的就业水平、实质薪资提高、通胀率较低和能源价格相对较低促进民间消费，经济上行趋势未变。”
此外财政部表示，德国欣欣向荣的国内经济活动推升税收收入，联邦政府与16个州今年前八个月的收入较上年同期增长4.1%，高于3.0%的全年预估增幅。
与此同时，德国强劲的税收增长令财长朔伊布勒得以增加政府在移民、道路和数字基础设施方面的支出，而不必增加负债，这意味着他可以在明年联邦选举前达成实现预算平衡的目标。（来源：SVSFX）
