澳储行或将结束宽松政策，澳元/美元年底目标位在0.74
荷兰银行对澳储行政策进行分析，全文如下：
金融市场预期澳储行年内有25%的机会实施宽松政策。我们对澳储行年内或将降息25点的预期也有所降低。
但澳储行仍有望推出宽松政策。澳储行已经承认2季度澳大利亚经济走强，主要原因是需求旺盛。由于澳大利亚财政政策限制，预期这一驱动因素不会持续。同时值得注意的是尽管重回宽松政策的机率较低，但即将推出宽松政策倾向的效果积极。这是因为贷款人的净生息债务是净生息资产的两到三倍。
房地产市场方面，澳储行已经注意到房地产价格上升速度下降，过去一年来看租房空置率上升。尽管拍卖成交率近期上升，但拍卖数下降，较年初维持下降。房屋信贷增长温和。预期3季度通胀维持在目标范围以下2-3%，澳大利亚国内成本压力将维持低位。澳储行行长将于9月22日发表讲话。
