BK Asset 分析师Kathy Lien指出，英镑延续下跌，跌破1.30关口。继6月英国公投结果为脱欧后，英国首相称暂缓触发里斯本条约第50条，市场安静了数周。这使得投资者认为脱欧条款将使得英国出现弱增长，更有可能是不会出现弱增长。但在过去数周，所有与英国脱欧相关的担忧均重现。目前的情况是明年年初英国将触发条款50条，政府将实施移民限制法案。同时欧盟未表现出对此进行宽限的的迹象，投资者开始担忧英国经济前景。
