德意志银行(Deutsche Bank)CEO John Cryan在周四(8月25日)表示，负利率会为经济、储户、以及养老金基金带来迫在眉睫的危险。
Cryan警告，如果欧洲央行(ECB)继续向负利率方向发展，或将引发“致命后果”。欧洲央行将其存款利率保持在-0.4%，大量欧洲政府债券收益率也成负值。
“货币政策正在阻挠加强经济和银行安全的步伐。” Cryan对媒体表示。
惠誉评级(Fitch Ratings)表示，有11.4万亿美元的全球主权基金收益率为负利率，比七月份中旬11.5万亿美元的高点略低，不过仍有潜在的不利后果。
原本旨在将资金从避风港中解放出来以以刺激增长的负利率计划，反而引发了更高的储蓄率以及对于欧洲经济的不安。
日本政府10年期及以下的债券同样有着负收益率。
Cryan表示，欧洲央行在经济危机期间表现良好，然而此时已经过犹不及。
德意志银行也同样面临危机，其计划在接下来的两年中裁员三万人左右。其在美国上市的股票价格也在过去一年中下滑了50%。（来源：FX168）
