全球第一部外汇交易行为准则周四(5月26日)正式出炉，该准则明令禁止交易员说谎与制造不实谣言，这些新的方针指引旨在重建外界对外汇市场的信任；对丑闻与操控市场的指控已令汇市备受打击。
周四发布的这份文件是之前所使用的几套区域行为准则的进化版，内容主要聚焦于银行对于客户订单的处理方式，以及市场参与者之间能交流和不能交流的内容。光是这些问题就包含二、三十条针对个人的指导方针，这些指令包含在11项广泛“原则”之中，以及就讨论市场走势之适当或不当方式的额外附加特定实例之下。
