黑田东彦手段众多 日本不达目标绝不罢休
据路透社报道，日本央行行长黑田东彦周五宣布，为达到2%的通胀目标，必要时央行会果断采取行动，使用日本“充裕”的政策措施。
“我们会采用时机恰当且目光长远的方式制定货币政策，”黑田东彦在一个研讨会上演讲道，并补充称，在之前的宽松政策对市场产生的效用没有被确认前，都可能做出必要的政策改变。
黑田东彦指出全球经济的不确定性和波动金融市场，他在强调这些因素影响商业行情的同时还称，“经济存在下滑风险。”
周四美元兑日元跌至2周低位109.39，就已有市场臆测日本央行可能最早在下月进一步扩大货币刺激计划规模。
因之前会议上有人指出日本央行能动用的刺激手段相当有限，黑田东彦在接受德国股市日报采访称，“日本央行没有用尽手段，我们的弹药库依然充足，只是我们需要有一点耐心，将来在必要时刻就会放宽政策。”
关于日本央行未来的政策走向，黑田东彦曾表示，技术上来说，日本央行可以将利率降至和欧洲央行一样的水平。此前有报道称日本央行将向一些特定的金融机构给予负利率贷款。
目前日本企业获利改善的步伐正在放缓，QQE与负利率配合是极其有力的政策机制。
