The American Petroleum Institute said U.S. crude oil stockpiles built 1.845 million barrels for the week ending June 3, compared with an expected decline of 1.8 million barrels. The EIA will report official crude inventories for the same period later in the day, with a drop of 1.917 million barrels expected.
