The American Petroleum Institute (API) reported that U.S. crude-oil inventories rose 1.026M barrels for week ending February 19, compared a decline of 5.372M barrels expected. Later today, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) will release the official U.S. oil inventories for the same week.
