曾国藩：“利可共而不可独，独利则败；谋可寡而不可众，众谋则泄。”
意思是一个人独享利益不考虑别人的人注定会招来怨恨，无法做成大事。
与之相反，谋划计策无须分享，只需与几个专业的人讨论即可，人多反而会生事端。
深以为然，我们很多人，都在这两方面吃过亏。
有的人不懂得与他人分享利益，最终被孤立。
有的人做事没有主见，容易被他人所左右，最后随波逐流，一事无成。
因此要想做成大事，必须得参透这两点。
