前不久看到一个用繁体字的账户用cpt说得好像很好，但，我今天听一个老前辈说，现在cpt就是N多年前深圳有几个搞资金盘的人干的，当时在国内被扫过，现在搞了一外国身份。。。想求证一下各位大佬，谁知道。
