如果没有经历成功，没有从自律中受益如何建立自律的信心？如何知行合一？
所谓的自律其实也是他律，让我们保证自律有两个前提的条件：惩罚和奖励。
我们开车的时候不敢闯红灯是因为一个红灯6份；不敢喝酒是因为酒驾后果很严重。害怕受到惩罚是保证我们驾驶行为自律的的主要原因。
还有能够让我们保持自律的方法获得奖励。
例如期货交易中，拒绝近期偏好和结果偏好，保证交易行为的一致性，最终能够在期货交易中盈利；交易的结果要比那些不自律，没有执行力的交易员好。
