油价上涨，因OPEC+开启新一轮减产；
①美油周五上涨近5%，布油收于26美元/桶上方，美油和布油均录得四周来首次周度上涨，因石油输出国组织(OPEC)及其盟友开始创纪录的减产，以解决新冠病毒危机导致的供应过剩问题；
②今年4月，美国原油跌至历史低点，并有记录以来首次跌入负值，而布油价格跌至近21年来的最低点，因大流行侵蚀需求，且OPEC和其他产油国在达成新的供应协议前提高了产量；新减产协议从周五开始实施；
③能源服务公司贝克休斯表示，美国能源企业连续第七周削减活跃钻机数，目前活跃钻机数降至325座，为2016年6月以来的最低水平，这也给美国原油带来支撑；
④由OPEC、俄罗斯和其他产油国组成的OPEC+已同意从5月1日起减产970万桶/日；根据美国银行全球研究的一份报告，全球石油库存的增势可能在4月见顶，石油需求较上年同期萎缩近2500万桶/日；
⑤现在，各国正在放松封锁措施，这在OPEC+减产生效、其他产油国减产之际，提振了需求；即便如此，人们仍怀疑这轮有史以来的最大规模减产是否足够，因需求不太可能迅速复苏
