应法方邀请，国家副主席王岐山将赴法国出席11月11日至13日举行的第二届巴黎和平论坛。
法国是联合国安理会常任理事国和欧盟核心大国。近年来，中法关系持续健康稳定发展，两国高层交往密切，政治互信日益增强，各领域务实合作不断取得新成果。今年是中法建交55周年，习近平主席同马克龙总统年内成功互访，达成了一系列新的战略共识。王岐山副主席在马克龙总统访华后不久代表中方出席第二届巴黎和平论坛，体现了当前中法关系的高质量、高水平。中方愿同法方一道，继续加强战略沟通，深化务实合作，深入落实两国元首共识，推动中法全面战略伙伴关系不断迈上新台阶。
