#8天交易笔记挑战赛# 第二天 《交易你的计划，计划你的交易》$DXY$ 受上周四的FED利率决议影响，连续下挫3天，其振幅开始扩大，及黄金的大幅上升，也许会由于短期的恐慌和羊群效应会进一步下挫，但从全球经济都不景气大环境下考虑，美国就是相对最好的，所以中长期看美指依然是看多的。$XUAUSD$话不多说继续保持逢低看多思想，但是黄金的振幅不断放大，建议轻仓尝试带止损，你抗不起。 $WTI$ 谨慎看多，也是逢低做多。
