IDXChannel - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) mengalirkan dividen jumbo sebesar Rp3,9 triliun atau setara Rp155,37 per saham ke rekening investor pada Rabu (14/5/2025).
Dividend yield BNGA sekitar 9,09 persen dengan asumsi harga saham saat ini Rp1.710 per saham hingga Jumat (9/5/2025).
Adapun nilai dividen tersebut 60 persen dari laba bersih BNGA pada 2024 yang mencapai Rp6,5 triliun. Di mana saldo laba ditahan yang tidak dibatasi penggunaannya sebesar Rp2,92 triliun dengan total ekuitas Rp53,20 triliun.
"Pencapaian ini juga menegaskan kembali dedikasi kami terhadap praktik perbankan yang bertanggung jawab, serta misi untuk menciptakan nilai positif yang berkelanjutan bagi seluruh stakeholders,” ujar Direktur Compliance, Corporate Affairs & Legal CIMB Niaga Fransiska Oei.
Untuk diketahui, nominal dividen yang dibayarkan CIMB Niaga tahun ini naik 26,9 persen dibandingkan tahun lalu yang sebesar Rp3,08 triliun, atau Rp122,67 per saham.
