Pasardana.id - PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BBSI) menyampaikan informasi tentang Transaksi Afiliasi perihal Kerjasama Account Opening dan Account Linkage akun/rekening Krom Bank melalui Aplikasi Kredivo (PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia) pada tanggal 25 Februari 2025.

“Nilai Transaksi sebesar Rp50.000,- / akuisisi user Kredivo sesuai ketentuan dalam perjanjian Kerjasama,” tulis Anton Hermawan selaku Presiden Direktur BBSI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (27/2).

Diketahui, PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia dan PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk. memiliki pengendali akhir yang sama.
