IDXChannel - Emiten properti, PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI) meraup total omzet sebesar Rp332 miliar hingga akhir 2024 dari hasil penjualan apartemen di Batam.
"Total omzet tersebut hanya berasal dari penjualan empat tower Phase 1 The Monde City, belum termasuk total omzet atas penjualan proyek lain," kata Corporate Secretary PURI, Jessica dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (15/1/2025).

Perseroan melalui anak usahanya, PT Puri Karya Bersama membangun 10 tower apartemen The Monde City di Batam. Apartemen tersebut dibangun di atas tanah seluas 4,3 hektare (ha) yang dibeli dari hasil dana IPO pada 2020 sebesar Rp30,38 miliar.
