BEI Umumkan Delisting Saham MAMI

Pasardana.id – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menyampaikan Pengumuman Delisting saham PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (IDX: MAMI) pada Papan Pencatatan Pemantauan Khusus Peng-DEL-00009/BEI.PP2/12-2024-MAMI.

“Bursa memutuskan untuk melakukan penghapusan pencatatan efek PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (null) pada Papan Pencatatan Pemantauan Khusus yang disebabkan Forced Delisting dan Go Private,” sebut Adi Pratomo Aryanto selaku Kepala Divisi PP2 BEI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (19/12).

Adapun tanggal efektif Delisting 21 Juli 2025.
