IDXChannel – Pemegang saham PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) menyetujui rencana penambahan modal dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu II (PMHMETD II) atau rights issue sebanyak 3 miliar saham.
Demikian keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) Perseroan yang digelar 19 November 2024.
Entitas Anak LPCK Konversi Utang Jadi Saham, Nilainya Rp3,07 Triliun Emiten properti Grup Lippo itu akan menerbitkan maksimal 3 miliar saham baru dengan nilai nominal Rp500 per saham.
Presiden Direktur LPCK, Gita Irmasari mengatakan, tujuan dari rencana rights issue ini adalah pengembangan bisnis perseroan, serta untuk mendukung pertumbuhan pendapatan, profitabilitas dan prospek usaha perseroan ke depan.
