IDXChannel - PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) mengumumkan pengunduran diri dua anggota Direksi Perseroan. Salah satunya adalah Presiden Direktur (Presdir) MBMA.
"Perseroan telah menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri dari Bapak Devin Antonio Ridwan sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan dan Bapak Andrew Phillip Starkey sebagai Direktur Perseroan. Keduanya tertanggal 11 November 2024," kata Corporate Secretary MBMA, Deny Greviartana Wijaya dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (13/11/2024).
Ada Crossing Jumbo Saham MBMA Senilai Rp2,6 Triliun, Ini BrokernyaSelanjutnya, perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) untuk memutuskan pengunduran diri tersebut sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 8 ayat 3 POJK 33/2014.
