Dalam hajatan IPO tersebut, perseroan menawarkan sebanyak 435 juta saham atau setara 22,81 persen dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
Verona Pictures (VERN) IPO, Pasang Harga Rp190-Rp195 per SahamHarga yang ditawarkan sebesar Rp125-Rp135 per saham, sehingga perseroan berpotensi meraup dana segar sebesar Rp54,37 miliar hingga Rp58,72 miliar.
Dalam IPO ini, perseroan menunjuk PT Profindo Sekuritas Indonesia sebagai penjamin pelaksana emisi efek.
