Entitas perseroan yang bertransaksi adalah PT Karya Indah Raya (KIR) sebagai pihak penjual dan PT Panorama Eka Tunggal (PET) sebagai pembeli. KIR merupakan perusahaan afiliasi PET, dan PET adalah anak usaha PANI.
Eksekusi Private Placement I, Emiten Aguan (PANI) Raup Rp4,09 TriliunManajemen PANI melaporkan transaksi jual beli tanah milik KIR oleh PET dilakukan pada 23 Agustus 2024.
KIR menjual tanahnya di Kampung Besar, Tangerang, Banten dengan status kepemilikan HGB, terdiri dari 163 bidang tanah dengan total luas tanah 848.238 meter persegi.
