IDXChannel - IHSG sesi I ditutup menguat 0,05 persen menjadi 7.436,12. Penguatan ini sejalan dengan penutupan bursa Amerika Serikat (AS) pada Jumat pekan lalu yang ditutup naik seiring dengan rilis data positif di AS yang mendorong potensi penurunan suku bunga The Fed di Septembar 2024.
"Pergerakan IHSG hari ini ditopang oleh rilis data Indeks Harga Properti Residensial Indonesia yang tumbuh 1,76 persen YoY di kuartal II-2024 yang turut mendorong penguatan pada harga saham properti di hari ini," tulis riset harian Panin Sekuritas, siang ini.

"Berdasarkan konsensus, suku bunga BI masih akan dipertahankan di level saat ini, sembari menanti arah kebijakan moneter di global," menurut riset tersebut.
