IDXChannel - PT Trans Power Marine Tbk (TPMA) resmi mengakuisisi entitas terafiliasinya, PT Bahtera Energi Samudra Tuah (BEST) sebesar Rp530,3 miliar.
TPMA membeli 65 persen saham BEST yang dimiliki PT Patin Resources (PR). Transaksi telah rampung pada 15 Juli 2024, sehingga membuat keuangan BEST akan dikonsolidasikan dalam internal TPMA.
Trans Power (TPMA) Raup Laba Rp304,08 Miliar di 2023Manajemen TPMA mengestimasi terjadi kenaikan pendapatan usaha sebesar 78,3 persen dari USD15,98 juta menjadi USD28,49 juta. Nilai beban juga meningkat, sejalan dengan aktivitas operasional perusahaan angkutan laut tersebut.
“Laba operasi meningkat 49 persen dari USD5,31 juta menjadi USD7,91 juta,” kata manajemen, Rabu (17/7).
