这是应用最广泛，也是最简单的一种解套方法。当投资者在高位被套后，选择持仓不动，然后在低位补仓，也就是在较低的价位再次买进该货币，以期通过行情的反弹或反转来解套。当行情反弹时，高位买进多单的亏损逐步减少，低位买进多单的盈利逐渐增加，这样，即使行情不会回到原来的高度，投资者也比较容易实现解套，如果行情发展的好，还会有盈利的机会。
风险：低位补仓依赖于对行情的判断，如果趋势已经发生反转，或在反弹前过早进场补仓，则面临越补仓亏损越大的风险，这一方法对保证金交易而言风险极高。
注意：如果投资者套牢仓位超过全部仓位的50%，则应另寻其他方法，此时采用低位补仓，会使投资者面临的敞口风险加大。
