北京时间3月23日凌晨2时，美联储宣布，将联邦基金利率目标区间由4.5%-4.75%上调25个基点至4.75%-5%，符合市场预期。这是美联储自去年3月以来连续第9次加息，也是连续第二次将加息幅度放缓至25个基点。
