#XAUUSD November 4th Morning everyone 🌞 yesterday we all thought 1632 is the toughest support when the 6am candlestick couldn’t break it out. A bull trap has been made when price went back up to 1641, then went straight down to the bottom of the last 6 months (1618). 3 bottoms pattern was created. As we all know, when this pattern appears, there is a great possibility market gonna have a reversal. However, A broken support will be the resistance in future, now there we have 1632 – A major support’s now becoming a major resistance. Therefore, we’ll have 2 scenarios for Gold Spot today: +1st: if it can break out this resistance, it’s potential to head to 1641 +2nd: it doesn’t have enough buying force to break out this 1632, it gonna face the bottom again within today. I’m more inclined to 2nd scenario, cause as you guys can see in chart, there were 6 candlestick so far tried to break out this 1632 but failed. However, today is Friday, the day has the largest potential for reversals, we also have non-farm news today, anything can happen, so please be careful. Good luck guys !
