#XAU/USD#黄金连续几天阴跌，持续探底，期间多次冲高回落，说明黄金有上行需求，各项数据也表明通胀带来的影响在不断扩大，市场对经济衰退的担忧正在加剧，但受美联储激进加息的打压，黄金多次反弹承压。
黄金目前位于6月份低点，月线收阴，日线级别、4小时级别，黄金都是围绕布林线走反转，昨日也是在触及布林线下轨位置走出反弹，目前黄金触及布林线下轨，随时都有再次拉升的可能。
原油前两日受利比亚形式影响冲高回落，印度大规模买入俄罗斯原油，欧洲国家开始向中东寻求原油资源，全球原油市场实现了部分腾挪，原油价格也逐步回调。
日内建议，黄金回调1800进多，止损设置1795，目标1825，原油反弹107.3进空，目标105。
