国务院联合调查组对中石油燃料油公司倒卖进口原油问题进行严肃调查处理

（来源：金融界） 近期审计署审计发现，中国石油天然气集团有限公司下属燃料油公司存在倒卖进口原油问题。经核查调查，2006年6月，燃料油公司将40万吨进口原油以“调和燃料油”名义销售给山东滨化集团，中石油由此出现倒卖进口原油行为。多年来，中石油累计倒卖进口原油1.795亿吨，共销售给115家地炼企业，在此期间中石油集团主要领导严重失职失责。中石油倒卖进口原油违反《行政许可法》等法律法规和原油成品油管理相关规定，严重违反国家产业政策，严重扰乱了油品市场秩序，助长了违规地炼企业落后产能盲目发展，助长了一些地方违规审批地炼项目，破坏了公平竞争的市场环境，间接造成了国家财政税收的流失，严重败坏了党风和社会风气。
