总以为有“佛”可成，总以为有“菩萨”来赐我幸运顺渡难关，总以为有“解脱”就在未来的某一个地方等着我奔向它。
殊不知，此刻就是了。。
当磨难来临时，我能否透过这个磨难看见心是如何的烦乱、挣扎的。。。
当内心的愿望不能满足时，我能否透过的这样的纠结、痛苦看见心的起伏变化。。。
我能与烦乱、挣扎、纠结、痛苦共处吗？不逃避。不麻木与它相融吗？
这便是了！！
改变是在当下发生，是改变你跟意念、身体的反应关系。
原来是我们住在反应里，所以会产生各种内心对外界的情绪里，如果没有任何丝毫的造作，自然让一切如是。
对是（现在正在发生的事）的样子（显相）有精微的觉察，即不沉浸，也不脱离，就是觉知。。这便是当下的解脱了。。
“佛”不在天边，
“佛”就在眼前。
