•欧元区11月通胀率创下4.9%的纪录 新高，是欧洲央行2%目标的两倍有 余，同时多项指标显示最快要到 2022年底才会跌回目标下方。
•欧盟的公共卫生机构说，Omicron 变种可能在几个月内占到欧洲所有新 冠感染病例的一半以上。对新冠疫情 的担忧和通胀数据正压在决策者心头 。疫情的反复则强化了欧洲央行鸽派 人士的立场。
•高通胀可能让欧洲央行重要的12月 16日政策会议更形复杂化，届时决策 官员几乎笃定会终止1.85万亿欧元的 紧急刺激计划，但同时也将考虑提高 其他援助措施补缺
