阿联酋新法律:放宽对婚外关系的限制,未婚生子需要这样做！
迪拜全酋通据本地媒体报道，阿联酋政府媒体办公室周六表示，阿联酋已经批准了一项新的联邦犯罪和惩罚法，此举旨在进一步发展和完善阿联酋的立法体系。新立法加强了对妇女和家庭佣工的保护，加强了公共安全和保障规定，并放宽了对婚外恋爱关系的限制，并将于 2022 年 1 月 2 日起全面实施。
新法律有效地将婚外双方同意的关系合法化，前提是任何因这种关系而怀孕的孩子都得到承认并得到照顾。 考虑到该国的适用法律，任何非婚生子女的夫妇都必须根据其公民所在国家/地区的法律结婚，单独或共同承认孩子的抚养责任，并提供身份证件和旅行证件。如果做不到这一点，将导致入狱监禁。
