日内重要节点是非农，但整体情绪在美盘不排除先拉涨再下挫的行情。重点关注1800，这一收线是黄金选择看涨旗形（1860）亦或者菱形下降（1713）的主要岔路口。
至于原油，昨天报收长上影线的小阴烛体，参与上，80.2做多，82.5一带出仓。
由于原油是提前消化掉预期，导致后续中原油出现明显跌幅，日内关注80.6一带压制，可承压进场测试78.3/76.8等位置。
