在进场交易的同时，我会设置保护性止损点（protective stop）。通常，我会在价格趋势延续的同时移动所设置的保护性止损点。有时当市场变得疯狂时，我会在尚未跌破止损点的时候就先行了结利润或止损，这种先行离场的做法并不比跌破止损点再离场的做法好，但先行离场可以让我不用心惊肉跳，保持镇静淡定。头寸上的“少赚”或“多亏”固然令人恼火，但是如果你不先行离场，而其后又陷入惊恐之中，这样会导致你的毁灭。
