牢记一下几规则：
进：有自己的理由。必须达到设定条件才可进，不能乱进。
出：赢利要出，不能赚了再亏回去
感觉行情要起来了，总怕进迟了会赚得少，因而条件没达到就提前进入，常常行情反过去走，导致亏损。所以条件没达成坚决不进。
当天交易不顺手，连着几笔亏。坚决平仓关机走人，立即停止当天的任何交易。防连续大亏，调整心态。
