在利差数据方面，昨日美国7月新屋开工下滑，凸显工料与建筑职缺仍尚有不足的情形。此外，美股周三全数下跌，包含道指收挫至1.08%、标普500指数收跌至1.07%及纳指收低至0.89%。在疫情方面，日本确诊病例新增以及印度疫苗假货都形成重大威胁。而在利多数据方面，美国能源信息署EIA公布截至8月13日原油及精炼油库存比预期分别减少至-323.3万及-269.7万桶。
总而言之，在汽油库存上升、日本疫情及印度假疫苗消息频传等众多利空因素推动的背景下，使得油价下行风险日益加剧。后市仍须关注疫情不确定风险对油市需求产生重大多寡的影响。
从上行方向来看，上方压制(上方阻力) 67.10，67.50；从下行方向看，下方支撑66.80。
