交易开仓后，面对回调，很多交易者由于亏损厌恶会陷入对交易系统、自我判断的怀疑中，心里会焦灼的在亏损平仓与持仓坚持之间摇摆，这是一种痛苦的状态！出现这种情况的原因有二：1、自己的交易系统不够完全成熟，不能完全信任。这种情况就需要曾加系统的完善与验证，以期自己完全相信自己的系统。2、心态稳定性不足。这种情况改变我认为比第一种更难，这需要的不仅仅是技术的完善，这是精神层面的升华，需要更多的锻炼：比如阅读书籍、运动锻炼、沟通交流、甚至修禅参悟等等，法无定法，直至自己内心足够强大！如果能改变以上两点，交易之路或许会更加平顺！
